Fresh A2 Cow Milk

Not all raw milk is created equal! We pride ourselves on having the BEST milk in the area, according to our customers! Our beloved herd of Brown Swiss are all genetically tested A2/A2, which means our milk only contains the A2 protein. Most dairies do not test their cows which ends up with a product containing both A1 and A2 proteins. Studies have shown some evidence that A2 proteins are less irritable to the gut and are more easily digested than A1 proteins.

Fresh Nigerian Dwarf Goat Milk

We chose the Nigerian Dwarf breed for many reasons, one being the high butterfat content making it the sweetest and creamiest goat milk you can get! Yum! Our herd is tested clean for CAE, CL, Johnes, Q. Fever, Brucellosis, and milk tested monthly through their lactations to ensure their milk quality meets our standards.
