Vida is one of my most prized possessions! Well bred Brown Swiss are just so incredibly hard to come by in Texas, so this girl made her way here all the way from Wisconsin! I fell in love with this breed and she is everything they are supposed to be - sweet natured, docile, laid back, and GIANT. I just adore her and she is absolutely beautiful to boot!
But she’s not just a pretty face, this girl is a work horse!! Vida came to me from a dairy where she milked 13 gallons a DAY on her last milk test! She is a perfect lady in the stocks and just a joy to work with!

She had her first calf April 2024 and has been an absolute dream on the milk string! As a young cow, she has really come into herself as a working girl producing 8 gallons a day at peak!

By day two on the farm, I was in love with this cow. She’s sweet natured, inquisitive, and so easy to work with. Much like her cousin, Vida! Shes a very slow girl, never in a hurry for anything and yet she is the first in the holding pen to be milked every time! Unlike the rest of the herd, Vanity only produces milk in 3 out of the 4 quarters of her udder, yet she peaked at 9 gallons a day in her second freshening!

Scarlet is a very shy, young 2 yro heifer who had her first calf this year. Though she is a timid little thing (smallest in the herd) she is still a great little milk cow peaking at 6 gallons a day in her first lactation. Unfortunately she had a horrible respiratory infection that weakened her immune system and allowed her to contract Blackleg. Even through all that, she survived and is trucking right along! Such a strong girl!

His dam, Mayers Bank It Natalia EX, has quite the resume at just 3 years old!
Just this October she placed 4th 3yro at the Southwestern National Brown Swiss Show!
